Until now, we’ve handled our marketing efforts through consultants and publishers. You’ll be one of the very first members of Univenn’s performance marketing team, which means you’ll take on significant responsibility right from the start. In the future, you’ll have the opportunity to build your own team and establish your own structure. You’ll be shaping our apps as they scale, and we’re excited to have you on board. What You’ll Do:

  • Optimize Multi-Channel Campaigns: Strategically manage performance marketing efforts across platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads to drive growth.
  • Experiment & Iterate: Run continuous A/B tests, analyze outcomes, and rapidly implement data-backed optimizations.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, translating numbers into actionable strategies.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with our creative team, providing KPI-focused feedback to guide the development of compelling ad creatives.
  • Deep Dive into Analytics: Leverage tools like Firebase, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, and Excel to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and refine targeting for long-term success.
  • Sustainable Growth: Apply industry best practices to scale user acquisition, improve key metrics, and maintain steady, sustainable growth trajectories.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience & Expertise: 2+ years in performance marketing roles, ideally within the mobile apps space.
  • Technical Know-How: Hands-on experience with channels such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok, plus familiarity with Google UAC, FB Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with LTV, CPC, CTR, CPA, CPI, Retention, and other performance metrics.
  • Data Proficiency: Skilled in using Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) and interpreting complex data sets to inform decision-making.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear communication with team members and stakeholders.

Big Plus:

  • Experience scaling Android apps via Google Ads Manager.
  • Prior involvement in TikTok UGC campaign management.
  • Based in Izmir.
